I am requesting the following student(s) be dropped from American Flips Kids Gymnastics. As per the written policy of American Flips Kids Gymnastics, I further understand that all students enrolled in gymnastics and tumbling classes require a written notice prior to the month you wish to dis-enroll in order to avoid additional tuition charges. Any notice received after that date will have full tuition charges for the following month assessed. Please note we DO NOT accept drop notices via phone ,fax or verbally.
